Hosted by Aishwarya Ajit, Dubai’s well-known television personality, the 2025 season spotlights six guests, ranging from trailblazing influencers and bold entrepreneurs to accomplished artists and athletes.
The talk-and-entertainment show In the Spotlight has returned for its 2025 edition, promising a season filled with regional success stories, warm conversations and light-hearted fun. For the first time, the show will air on StarPlus alongside Colors TV and JioStar International’s YouTube channel, bringing its signature mix of emotion and entertainment to weekend prime time across the Middle East.
Hosted by Dubai’s well-known television personality Aishwarya Ajit, the new season highlights six distinguished guests whose achievements span sports, entrepreneurship, the culinary world, wellness and entertainment. Viewers will meet Amna Al Qubaisi, the UAE’s first professional Emirati female racing driver; serial entrepreneur Uma Ghosh; real estate expert Sukesh Govindan; chef Ranveer Brar; wellness author Neeta Bhushan; and fitness entrepreneur Tam Khan.
Each episode offers an intimate, uplifting experience as guests open up about their personal journeys, career milestones and defining moments. The show also adds a twist with weekly surprise appearances, bringing friends of the guests onto the couch to share untold stories. Games such as “Never Have I Ever,” blind taste tests, and a fast-paced racing trivia round inject a dose of spontaneity and humor.

The show premieres on November 30 and airs every Sunday on StarPlus at 6:00 pm UAE / 5:00 pm KSA and on Colors TV at 7:30 pm UAE / 6:30 pm KSA. Episodes will also be released weekly on JioStar International’s YouTube channel.
