DIFFs cinema showcase, DIFF365@VOX Cinemas powered by Du, is screening Eric Clapton: Life in 12 Bars directed by Oscar-winner Lili Fini Zanuck (Rush, Driving Miss Daisy) from 28 December – 10 January. The documentary is a personal look into the life of legendary 18-time Grammy winner Eric Clapton.
Told through his own words and songs, as well as those of his family, friends, musical collaborators, contemporaries and many heroes including BB King, Jimi Hendrix and George Harrison, the documentary throws light on his traumatic childhood living in a house of secrets, to his long and difficult struggle with drugs and alcohol and the tragic loss of his son in an accident.
