Egypt’s Shouf Film platform has launched the second film screening programme in collaboration with the Ostpol in Leipzig, Germany, which started on October 6 and will go on till October 21.
The programme includes five films including German film Paradise with Pavilion (2017), directed by Sandra Barth and written by Anna Schöning, and A|C|G|T (2017) directed by Nick Teplov and written by Katia Sophia Ditzler.
Other films include Flying (200), a short fiction film directed by Roman Synchuk and written by Jasmin Herold. The film is in the Ukrainian language with English subtitles.
Hinge (2017) which is directed by Jonathan-David Wedler and written by Magdalena Kotzurek. The black-and-white film is in the German language with English subtitles.
The Stain (2010) is directed by Igor Chojna and written by Janko Marklein and Igor Chojna. The film is in the Polish language with English subtitles.
