Fatafeat, Discovery Inc’s Middle Eastern food and lifestyle television channel, will celebrate the UAE National Day with a new digital series exploring its revolutionary achievement, Expo 2020.
Fatafeat aims for the three-episode series to attest to the UAE’s magnificence in pioneering the future’s Sustainability, Opportunity, and Mobility by uniting different cultures together and unlocking the world’s potential to build a better tomorrow.
The series will feature renowned Emirati Chef Sumaya Obaid, where she explores Expo 2020 and all its wonders. Viewers can expect an immersive experience as Chef Sumaya delves into the diversified people, technology, innovation, and cuisines that are bringing this cultural celebration to life.
The first episode will highlight Expo 2020’s sustainable dining experiences and its line-up of ethical restaurants that create unique adaptations of iconic Middle Eastern dishes. The pavilions contributing to innovating ways to improve humankind’s relationship with nature will also be explored.
The second episode will feature the pavilions and stages that give individuals the opportunity to showcase their skills and talents and the unique concept restaurants that are paving the way for the region to be recognised to have some of the best palates in the world.
The final episode will explore the horizons of human progress and society’s advancement. Featuring products from ingenious sustainable production systems, as well as eateries that fuse Arabian cuisine’s traditional and modern flavours.
