Egyptian actress Huda El Mufti will star in MBC’s new series for Ramadan 2025. The 15-episode series will be directed by Kawthar Younish, who is famed for her work on the film Maqsoum. The show’s script has been written by Ghada Abdel Aal, the screenwriter behind the hit Egyptian Netflix series Finding Ola.
El Mufti was recently seen in the mini series El Habayeb Restaurant, which saw her share the screen with Ahmed Malek. Directed by Essam Abdel Hamid, the show follows the life of a chef who reopens his family’s restaurant.
