Netflix has been unveiling new content slates throughout the week, including line-ups for MENA, Poland and Korea.
Netflix has unveiled its Turkish production slate for 2026, spotlighting a major adaptation of Nobel laureate Orhan Pamuk’s celebrated novel The Museum of Innocence alongside a slate of premium series designed for global audiences.
Headlining the line-up is the nine-episode series The Museum of Innocence, set to premiere on Netflix on February 13. The drama is set in 1970s Istanbul and follows Kemal, a wealthy man whose life is transformed by his obsessive love for Füsun, a young shop assistant and distant relative. Their relationship unfolds over a decade against the backdrop of a changing city, after which Kemal dedicates his life to preserving her memory by creating a museum filled with personal objects that symbolise their love.
The series is directed by Zeynep Günay, written by Ertan Kurtulan, and produced by Ay Yapım, the Turkish production powerhouse behind internationally acclaimed titles including Endless Love, Fatmagül, Ezel and Forbidden Love.
Netflix also confirmed several new original projects for 2026. Among them is Seni Tanıyorum, written by Tuğba Doğan, directed by Mert Baykal and produced by Bonbon Studios. The series centres on Funda, a woman who resumes her painting career after childbirth and hires a nanny named Nazlı. What begins as a routine arrangement gradually evolves into a tense psychological game that disrupts Funda’s marriage and tests the characters’ loyalties and desires.
Another highlight is Sonra Gözler Görür, penned by Ece Yörenç, directed by Bertan Başaran and produced by Ay Yapım. Set in a quiet seaside town, the series follows a famous journalist who returns to her hometown to investigate the mysterious death of a young girl. Her inquiry uncovers not only a murderer, but long-hidden secrets tied to her own past.
In addition to new titles, Netflix confirmed that several of its established Turkish originals will return with new seasons in 2026, including Ethos, Money Trap, Thank You, Next, Another Self and Graveyard, reinforcing the streamer’s continued investment in Turkey as a hub for high-end, internationally resonant storytelling.
