The companies will collaborate to shape the future of enterprise software through the integration of Salesforce Agentforce and the Nvidia AI Enterprise platform.
Salesforce and Nvidia have announced a strategic partnership to develop advanced AI capabilities for the enterprise with autonomous agent and interactive avatar experiences. The collaboration combines Nvidia’s AI platform, known for its advanced computing and AI software, with Salesforce’s robust CRM system and its Agentforce platform. The joint effort will optimise predictive and generative AI workflows, driving improved productivity across sales, marketing, service, and IT teams.
Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO of Salesforce, said: “Together with Nvidia, we’re leading the third wave of the AI revolution — moving beyond copilots to humans and intelligent agents working seamlessly to drive customer success. This is what AI is meant to be — powered by the Salesforce Platform and Agentforce, every Trailblazer can harness AI to its fullest potential. By combining Nvidia’s AI platform with Agentforce, we’re supercharging AI performance and creating dynamic digital avatars, delivering more engaging, intelligent, and immersive customer experiences than ever before.”
Jensen Huang, Founder and CEO, Nvidia, added: “In the future, every company, every job will be enhanced by a wide range of AI agents – assistants that will transform how we work. Nvidia and Salesforce are bringing together our technologies to accelerate the development of AI agents for companies to supercharge their productivity.”
By leveraging Agentforce, businesses will gain access to new insights, leading to greater efficiency in managing customer interactions. The collaboration will provide Salesforce users with next-generation AI and data tools, including a suite of customisable pre-built AI agents. This integration is expected to accelerate the value of AI investments while maintaining a competitive edge.
Salesforce’s AI-powered predictive and generative technologies will be enhanced by Nvidia’s NIM microservices and NeMo for model customisation. This synergy will improve AI platform performance, leading to higher productivity and enhanced interactions across various industries. AI agents will also be equipped to handle complex tasks, such as managing high volumes of customer inquiries during product recalls or service outages. They will respond quickly and empathetically, escalating critical issues when necessary.
Additionally, AI agents will be able to predict and adjust travel or shipping routes based on real-time weather data, proactively preventing disruptions. These agents will automatically update CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers and stakeholders.
Interactive avatar-based customer support will also be a key feature, where AI agents can resolve customer queries during live avatar chats by pulling up-to-date information from CRM systems. For example, an avatar could instantly access real-time shipping data to assist with order-related issues.
The collaboration will further enhance Salesforce Data Cloud by speeding up processing through Nvidia’s accelerated computing platform. Data Cloud harmonises structured and unstructured customer data in real-time, allowing Agentforce to quickly analyse and act on enterprise data. Nvidia’s compute resources will optimise performance, delivering quicker insights for businesses.
Salesforce and Nvidia are also working on the future of AI avatars, powered by Nvidia ACE and Agentforce. These avatars will deliver more human-like interactions with advanced speech recognition, text-to-speech, and visual responses. Companies will soon have access to these digital human technologies for out-of-the-box use in Agentforce, enabling them to deploy AI agents rapidly.
These AI-powered avatars will assist in real-time sales coaching, live event management, and employee training, offering personalised support and feedback. Sales avatars, for instance, could suggest product recommendations or correct misstatements during live interactions. In events, AI kiosks will manage ticketing and seating preferences, enhancing the customer experience.
