H.E. Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak will serve as Chairman and H.E. Maryam Eid AlMheiri will take on the role of Deputy Chair.

The Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company, ADDHC, has issued a resolution to form a board of directors for twofour54.
According to a statement, the new board will include H.E. Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak as Chairman and H.E. Maryam Eid AlMheiri as Deputy Chair.
The new board will serve for a term of three years effective from the date of the resolution and is renewable. Mubarak has previously served as Chairman of Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority and an appointed member of the executive committee of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. In addition, Mubarak is Chairman of Aldar Academies and Chairman of Image Nation Abu Dhabi, one of the leading content creators for film and television in the Middle East.
Among her other roles within the media industry, AlMheiri is the chairperson of Bidaya Media, a major edutainment company, and a board member of Abu Dhabi Media Company. In addition, AlMheiri is Vice Chairperson of Special Olympics UAE Board and a member of the Higher Committee for the 2019 Special Olympics World Summer Games in Abu Dhabi. AlMheiri is also a member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Councils Economic Development Committee and the Abu Dhabi Investment Committee.
