AVT shows the brand-new MAGIC THipPro telephone hybrid which is available as ISDN, POTS and VoIP version for up 16 callers with eight digital and two analogue audio lines plus two handset/headset interfaces. MAGIC THipPro provides all functions in only 1 RU plus the possibility to extend the ISDN/POTS version later to a Voice-over-IP system simply by software upgrade. Up to 20 simultaneous PC workplaces can be installed with the MAGIC THipPro LAN and the MAGIC THipPro screener software. The system can be shared between several studios. Individual caller and audio lines can be assigned to each studio.
Also on display are the MAGIC TH6 telephone hybrids for six callers and maximum two studios which provide POTS or ISDN interfaces and a LAN interface (Voice-over-IP). For smaller applications, AVT shows the MAGIC TH2plus hybrids with screening/database function for two callers in POTS, ISDN or Voice-over-IP mode.
The latest feature for all the MAGIC hybrids is the HD voice upgrade. If the systems are used in the Voice-over-IP operating mode with this option, calls from HD-voice compatible telephones can be received in 7 kHz quality. Of course, outgoing calls to HD-voice compatible telephones are also transmitted in 7 kHz quality.
