Dubai-based distributor United Broadcast & Media Solutions (UBMS) has partnered with Soliton to bring its secure video encoding and streaming devices to the Middle East and Africa region.
Soliton, is a Japan-based supplier and developer of compact, lightweight mobile video streaming technology. HEVC video encoders are able to send an encrypted video stream to a hardware decoder or the cloud.
