The selected projects feature stories from 12 Arab countries, as well as co-productions with five international partners.
In an effort to diversify its offerings, this edition of GFF will feature a special programme dedicated to Palestinian cinema.
All 26 selected projects will compete for cash prizes offered by the Red Sea Fund, to be awarded by an international jury of producers.
