This Egyptian-French collaboration is a joint production involving Bonanza Films, with producer Sawsan Youssef, French producer Margot Laurier, Red Star, Sea Cinema, Shift Studios, and Film Clinic. The film, distributed internationally by H264, premiered in the MENA region at the 2023 Cairo International Film Festival.
Notably, I Promise You Paradise achieved a significant milestone as the first Egyptian film to be honoured with the Rail d’Or Award at the Cannes Film Festival’s Critics Week in 2023.
