Inter Medya will soon unveil more miniseries deals and a new exclusive agreement to expand its catalogue.
Inter Medya has embarked on an initiative to broaden the horizons of its Turkish miniseries, striking new licensing agreements for a variety of titles, including the 8×45-minute series Interrupted.
Produced by TIMS&B Productions, Interrupted has been acquired by Italy’s Mediaset and is poised to make its mark in the MENA region and Thailand. The series follows the story of young journalist Ozan, who gets a second chance at life after a tragic traffic accident.
Meanwhile, Dreams and Realities has also been picked up by Italy’s Mediaset, while Naked expanded its audience reach into Poland and Thailand after being licensed to Brazil’s Globo.
Joining Interrupted, Respect and Behzat Ç. have secured licensing deals across the MENA region. Additionally, the digital sequel of Behzat Ç. has found homes in Venezuela and the US Hispanic market.
A significant milestone in this endeavour was the introduction of the New Generation Turkish Series brand in 2021, specifically tailored for streaming platforms.
Inter Medya teases further announcements of miniseries deals and hints at an upcoming exclusive agreement to enhance its catalogue.
