Streaming giant Netflix has announced that the first episode of the Egyptian Original series Paranormal will be released on November 5. The series will have six episodes.
The episode will stream in 190 countries and will be dubbed in nine languages including English, Spanish, French, Turkish, and German.
Netflix on Monday released the first trailer of the series, which is based on the eponymous novel by the late Egyptian author Ahmed Khaled Tawfik.
Set in the 1960s, Paranormal follows a scientist who begins to question what he thinks he knows as paranormal events begin to unravel around him.
The series is the first Netflix Arabic Original from Egypt to include audio and visual descriptions for viewers with hearing or visual impairments.
The series is directed by Amr Salama, who is also the executive producer alongside Mohamed Hefzy.
