Ooredoo Group has embarked on a new journey into the realm of Over-The-Top (OTT) streaming with the introduction of its first-ever streaming platform, ‘Go Play Market’, in partnership with MediaKind – a global leader in OTT streaming solutions – and supported by Microsoft, renowned for its cloud computing solutions.
Powered by MediaKind’s cutting-edge technology platform, driven by Microsoft Azure, ‘Go Play Market’ offers a diverse array of entertainment options, including live TV channels, video-on-demand, and more, sourced from various digital players and content partners, all accessible through a single platform.
The platform has been officially unveiled in six of Ooredoo Group’s markets, spanning Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, Tunisia, Algeria, and the Maldives. It caters not only to Ooredoo customers but also extends its reach to non-Ooredoo subscribers within these markets.
