The series will be available on streaming platform Shahid and MBC3.
The animated preschool series Pocoyo is making its return to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region through a strategic collaboration with MBC Group. Aimed at introducing the show’s fun and educational content to a new generation of young viewers, the partnership will leverage MBC’s wide-reaching broadcast and digital platforms.
MBC Group will showcase Pocoyo on MBC3, its dedicated children’s channel, and Shahid, an Arabic streaming platform.
This move marks a significant step in expanding the presence of educational children’s programming in Arabic. By tapping into MBC’s localisation expertise and regional reach, the partnership ensures that Pocoyo will continue to engage and educate preschoolers across the region. The show’s return is expected to be well-received by both parents and educators seeking enriching content for young children.
