With Claypaky as part of its corporate group, ARRI aims to become a major provider of lighting solutions for both motion pictures and live performances.
Germany-based ARRI has acquired Claypaky, an entertainment lighting division of ams OSRAM.
With this takeover, the film technology company gains one of the top lighting manufacturers in the entertainment and stage industry.

Claypaky will remain as an organisation with its brand, its setup and structure of staff and locations. The same holds true for ARRI, the current setup and locations will remain.
