The AFCON starts on June 21 and ends on July 19. Time Sport can be received on all terrestrial TV channels.
As reported by local dailies, the Egypt Media Company and the National Media Authority have partnered to launch Time Sport channel that will broadcast the matches part of the Africa Cup of Nations that will be held in Cairo from June 21 to July 19, 2019.
The Egypt Media Company revealed that sports experts and analysts will provide coverage on the competitions matches to football fans on Time Sport.
Fans can receive the satellite channel through Nilesat satellite receivers on the horizontal frequency 11449.
The new Time Sport channel will feature several sports experts such as Ahmed Shober, Saif Zaher, Tamer Sakr, Hassan Shehata, Abd el-Zaher el-Sakka, and others.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) selected Egypt to host the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations after it withdrew the tournament from Cameroon last November.
Egypt will be organising the Africa Cup of Nations for the fifth time. It has previously hosted the AFCON tournament in 1959, 1974, 1986 and 2006.
